Expanding business nationwide

JB Group has officially announced the nationwide expansion of its OG Platform, aiming to extend its business operations across South Korea. The first step in this expansion will be the establishment of a community center in Busan, a city serving as a key hub for revitalizing the regional economy. 

This initiative seeks to support small business owners and build a model for regional economic growth. The community center will be led by Choi Jeong-heon, CEO of Korea Consumer News and current Executive Representative of the Small Business Economic and Social Forum. Under his leadership, the center will collaborate with municipal offices, district authorities, and related organizations to promote productivity and economic synergy throughout Busan. 

With this initiative, the OG Platform will integrate an enhanced "crew-based service" model. The platform is set to expand from Busan to Korea’s five major metropolitan cities and other emerging urban centers. The Location-Based Service (LBS) technology underpinning the OG Platform will boost reciprocal productivity between small business owners and consumers, creating a distinct advantage over traditional platform models.JB Group anticipates that the nationwide rollout of the OG Platform will pave the way for global business expansion, signaling the company’s entry into international markets. 

Kim Do-hyun, CEO of JB Group, expressed optimism about the platform’s global potential: “Just as K-content—including K-POP, K-Food, K-Media, K-Beauty, and K-Fashion—has become a dominant force worldwide, the OG Platform can rapidly expand onto the global stage.
