JuWon Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of JuWon Group, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with JB Group (also known as “Sparrow Group”), the developer of the OG Platform and initiator of the Small Business Revival Project, according to a statement released on the 16th.

Leveraging Platforms for Sustainable Small Business Growth

A JuWon Logistics representative explained that JB Group utilizes its proprietary platform to eliminate upfront costs for small business owners while boosting their store visibility to drive consumer engagement. The platform aims to help small businesses build a stable revenue structure while offering consumers a unique and integrated mileage system that encourages smarter, more enjoyable spending.

The representative added: "JB Group’s platform, based on Location-Based Services (LBS), is known as ‘OG (Our Ground),’ symbolizing a shared playground for businesses and consumers. The platform allows users to accumulate and redeem mileage and points at any participating store, regardless of business type or industry."

JuWon Logistics, which specializes in logistics and transportation, saw this collaboration as a way to address declining shipment volumes while alleviating the financial struggles faced by small business owners. The partnership also aligns with the companies’ commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management principles.

Kim Seon-sik, CEO of JuWon Group, and Kim Do-hyun, CEO of JB Group, expressed their hopes for a mutual growth strategy through this partnership. They highlighted the positive impact of the OG app on the recovery of small businesses and the logistics sector:
